Payment Information

At Timber Lodge 365, we aim to make your purchasing experience as smooth and secure as possible. We offer several ways to pay and a clear process to give you full confidence in your investment.

Secure Payment Options

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to suit your preference. You can settle your deposit or final balance via:

  • Bank Transfer (EFT): The most common method for larger transactions.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards for quick and easy payments.

  • Online Invoicing: Secure links sent directly to your email for convenient processing.

Payment Structure

As part of our commitment to flexibility, we do not require full payment at the time of booking. Our standard structure is:

  • Deposit: A 20% to 30% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your delivery slot.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery or upon arrival, depending on your specific agreement.

Order Confirmation

Once your deposit (20-30%) has been received, you will receive a formal Order Confirmation and a receipt. This document outlines your chosen model, any customizations, and the estimated delivery timeframe. It serves as your proof of purchase and starts the production or preparation of your timber lodge.

Safety and Security

Your financial security is our priority. All digital payments are processed through encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways. We never store your sensitive card details on our servers, ensuring your data remains private and protected.

Invoices and Receipts

For every payment made, a professional VAT invoice will be issued and sent to your registered email address. These documents are important for your warranty and for your own financial records. Please ensure that your contact details are correct at the time of ordering.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Euros (€). For our customers across Ireland, the price quoted at the time of your deposit is guaranteed and will not change, regardless of currency fluctuations or market shifts, providing you with total price certainty.
